Refund, Return & Shipping Policy

Shipping & Customs Duties

Shipping is free on orders of US$120 or more after discounts; orders under US$120 have a US$10 shipping fee, shown at checkout. We cover customs duties on your original order. Orders ship from China, and tracking details are emailed after dispatch.

If a carrier requests a customs-duty payment, contact us with your order number and the notice so we can arrange payment or reimbursement. Any applicable sales tax shown at checkout is separate from customs duties.

Available shipping destinations appear at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on the destination, carrier and customs clearance; they are not guaranteed. Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address and contact us promptly if it needs correcting.

Returns for Quality Issues — Within 30 Days

We accept returns for a refund only for quality issues reported within 30 days of delivery. Examples include a manufacturing defect or faulty stitching. Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos before returning the item.

Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse and damage caused by incorrect care are not quality defects. A size or style preference, change of mind or an unsuitable fit does not qualify for a return for refund; eligible items may be exchanged as described below.

A quality issue discovered during normal use can be reported within this period; the item does not have to be unworn to report a defect. Once the return is approved and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider.

Exchanges — Within 30 Days

You may request a size or style exchange within 30 days of delivery. For a fit or preference exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, with all tags and the hygiene liner intact. Replacement items are subject to availability; we will confirm any price difference before proceeding.

Quality issues reported within 30 days of delivery may also be resolved by an approved exchange. Please contact us first to confirm eligibility, the replacement and the return address.

Return & Exchange Shipping Costs

The customer pays return and exchange shipping costs, including shipping the item back to us and shipping an exchange item to the customer. These shipping costs are not refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Do not send items back without approval. We will provide the appropriate return address and instructions. Use a trackable service and keep your shipping receipt.

Sale Items & Other Purchases

The same quality-issue return and exchange conditions apply to discounted products purchased on this website. Purchases from other retailers, marketplaces or events should be handled through the seller. Gift cards are not returnable for cash, except where required by law.

Order Changes & Refund Rights

Contact us as soon as possible to request an order change before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, the return and exchange conditions above apply.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law, including rights relating to non-delivery, unshipped orders or defective goods.

Size & Fit

Fit varies by style. Please check the product’s size chart and fit notes, including torso length for one-piece swimsuits. Contact us if you need help choosing a size.
